Fill out the application form
The program is very simple and straight forward.
- Open your Satellite software and click on the Homeland Application Form.
- Follow the on screen promptings and instructions to fill out the application form.
- Applicants must have an e-mail address, even if they need to "borrow" from somebody else.

- There are three screens to complete before you click the Finish button to save the application.
- The applications are stored on the computer until you are ready to export them to the website.
