Add a pastor to the list of available speakers

1. First make sure the pastor is listed next to his churches under Church List. See instructions for managing pastors.
2. For now you simply need to login as the pastor. After the pastor has logged in the first time the necessary records will have been created.
   • Make a note of his e-mail address and password, logout yourself, login using his information, then logout, and login yourself again.
   • Eventually we'll probably make a simpler way for you to do this.
