Assign a speaker from the list of approved speakers to a campaign date

The campaign date must have been set up beforehand.

  1. Locate the campaign date on the left side and click on it.
  2. Locate the speaker on the right side and click on his/her name.
  3. Click one of the two options at the top right corner of your screen (that will continue to show while you scroll down the page):
    • Assign and notify: Will assign the person to the campaign date and notify him/her about it.
    • Assign without notify: Will do the same thing but not notify the speaker.
  4. You will be asked to acknowledge several things, including making sure the address as shown is correct - if incorrect it MUST be corrected beforehand since sermon material will be issued at this point. Then click OK.
  5. The system will tell you the result of the operation.
