Assign a speaker that is not on the list to a campaign date

This procedure is only used in special cases where the speaker hasn't been trained using the ShareHim material, eg. a guest evangelist from another conference. Note that the speaker will NOT be receiving any material from ShareHim.

The campaign date must have been set up beforehand.

1. On your main menu click the button Assign speaker to campaign.
2. Select the church related to the campaign.
3. Locate the campaign date on the left side and click on it.
4. On the right side in the very bottom of the speaker list, under the section Other, click on "Enter name of speaker...".
5. Click on the Assign selected speaker to selected date button above the speaker list.
6. A form now pops up which you need to fill out with as much information as you have available. Remember that the speaker will NOT be receiving any material from ShareHim. Then click OK.
7. The system will tell you the result of the operation.
