Assign a pastor that is not on the list to a campaign date

Even though all pastors in the conference are listed in the database, they don't automatically show up on the list of available speakers (that is the case when the conference pastor record is not linked to a record in the ShareHim system). To make them available as a speaker do the following:

1. Click on Church List on your main menu.
2. Locate the pastor and click on the popup menu icon next to his/her name and select Make available as speaker.
3. Confirm it, and the system will now send you to another page where you need to ensure that at least address and the pastor's home church has been entered.
4. Click Information is Correct in the bottom, and you will now be taken to your main menu where you can assign speakers to campaign.
