Set up sectors and sector leaders for the conference/union

After the list of churches and pastors is complete, sectors can be set up. It is up to your conference as to whether or not you want to divide the churches in your conference into different sectors. Click here for a description of sectors.


To add or change the sectors and/or sector leaders within your conference (you can have multiple sector leaders for each sector) you need to contact ShareHim and provide the following information:

  • name of sector
  • contact information for the sector leader:
    • name
    • address
    • phone numbers
    • e-mail address
    • home church
    • whether or not this sector leader should be receiving e-mails about new applicants


After the sectors have been set up by ShareHim you need to designate each church to it's sector. Follow the instructions in Change the sector a church is in.
