Set up system for new disc version of ShareSynch

Ahead of time we need to...

  1. Send a supply of the new disks to ALL our active external shippers.

Once all external shippers have received them...

  1. Add new record in material stock identical to the old one (make sure to set it as active).
    1. Make the code exactly the same as the old one, but with the last number incremented by one.
  2. Set the old record in material stock as inactive.
  3. Go to the Graphics languages on the main menu and map the appropriate language to the new material stock code.
