Get the church list and pastor list up-to-date

Before you can start using the ShareHim system for your conference, you need to get your list of churches and pastors up-to-date. All the churches need to be listed so that each event can be associated with the church that is doing the event, and all the pastors for each church must be listed so that we know who to notify about new applicants who wants to be available to preach a campaign. Also, pastors have a special login that allows them to manage everything (campaign dates, pre-campaign events, OLT teams, etc.) regarding their churches. They can also designate an OLT clerk that will be able to function as his/her secretary and do the same tasks.
