Assign a speaker that is not on the list to a campaign date

This procedure is only used in special cases where the speaker hasn't been trained using the ShareHim material, eg. a guest evangelist from another conference. Note that the speaker will NOT be receiving any material from ShareHim.

The campaign date must have been set up beforehand.

1. On your main menu click the button Assign speaker to campaign.
2. In the bottom of the window select Enter and assign a non-ShareHim trained speaker.
3. A form now pops up which you need to fill out with as much information as you have available. Remember that the speaker will NOT be receiving any material from ShareHim. Then click OK.
4. Select the campaign date.
5. The system will tell you the result of the operation.
