Send e-mail to certain groups of people
- On your main menu you have a section called E-mailing. You will find two different options for sending e-mails:
- E-mail OLT teams: e-mail some or all of the Outreach Leadership Teams in your churches.
- E-mail other groups: e-mail accepted speakers, people who completed the bootcamp, people in your conference, etc.

- By default the e-mail will be sent to everybody in the selected teams. In the Limit field (below the list of teams) you are able to indicate the e-mail should only be sent to certain types of team members, eg. leaders, secretaries, or pastors - or any combination of those.
- Write the subject line of the e-mail in the next line.
- Upload any files you want to attach.
- Write the body of the e-mail.
- In the default body you'll see a special tag: %%fullname%%. This will be replaced with the actual name of the recipient. You can move and copy it as you like, but be sure to leave it exactly as it is (no spaces in between or any other modifications).
