Remove a speaker from a campaign date

Remove a single speaker

1. Locate the campaign date/speaker on the left side of the page.
   
2. If more than one speaker is assigned and you want to remove the main (first) speaker only, you first need to make one of the other speakers the main speaker:
   1. Click on the popup menu icon next to the speaker who will be the new main speaker and select Set as main speaker.
      
3. Click on the popup menu icon next to the speaker's name and select Unassign speaker.
4. Confirm OK to confirm to remove the speaker.
   
5. When asked if you want to notify the speaker, click OK for yes, or click Cancel for no.
   

Remove ALL speakers

1. Locate the campaign date/speaker on the left side of the page.
   
2. Click on the popup menu icon next to the main (first) speaker and select Unassign ALL speakers.
3. Confirm OK to confirm to remove the speaker.
4. When asked if you want to notify the speaker, click OK for yes, or click Cancel for no.
