Church & Pastor Information

If your conference is within North American Division

All church and pastor information within North America is managed through eAdventist.net. Contact your conference's eAdventist clerk to have information updated (instructions are below). When information has been updated there then follow the instruction below in "Retrieve updated information from eAdventist".

• Retrieve updated information from eAdventist
• Request changes to information about a church myself

If your conference is in any other division

For conferences outside North America church information is managed through AdventistDirectory.org. The instructions below explain how you change the information in that system. When information has been updated there then follow the instruction below in "Retrieve updated information from AdventistDirectory".

Pastor information is managed and changed directly here on the website as per the instructions below.

• Update or add a church
• Retrieve updated information from AdventistDirectory
• Update or add a pastor
• Assign a pastor to a church
• Remove a pastor from a church

Common for all conferences

• Change who is the evangelistic decision maker for a church
• Get report with passwords for all pastors
• Send login information/passwords to pastors
• Change the sector a church is in

Speakers

• Accept an applicant
• Add a person to the list of available speakers (not a pastor)
• Add a pastor to the list of available speakers
• Modify a person's information
• Send e-mail to certain groups of people
• Register person as deceased

Outreach Leadership Teams

• Enter and manage team members
• Get a list of OLT teams and members
• Send an e-mail to all teams

Satellite software

• Download and install the ShareHim Satellite software
• Update the website data in Satellite (ie. getting the most recent church list)
• Fill out the application form
• Remove an application
• Transfer the applications to the website
