Nathanael's skepticism: "Can any good thing come from Nazareth?" in John 1:46 still lingers today in the mind of people from the Siquirres area. A district of Limon, Costa Rica, Nazareth is a small community about two Kilometers away from Siquirres.

For a small rural community in a third world country, it is plagued with all the problems of first world inner cities. Drug, violence, insecurity, poverty, and moral depravity have robbed this community of the splendor it could have had with its lush vegetation, green mountains, many rivers, and rare fruits and plants. The people are afraid to leave their houses and venture anywhere by fear of their home being broken into. However, the ShareHim team with its message of hope has transformed the community by resonating the theme "Jesus is the Hope" of Nazareth.

By closing night, the people who did not attend the crusade were on their front porches giving a hero's welcome to those who had gone to the central church to be baptized. They were smiling and waving at the occupants of the bus. Many parents who did not leave to go see their children being baptized promised to attend the follow up Bible study classes. On that Sabbath morning about 60 people attended church service and fellowship lunch, compared to 12 to 15 members prior to Share Him meeting. We praised the all-mighty God for the great work He has performed in that community. It was obvious that at last something good came out of Nazareth.
