When we first arrived at the Airport of Cotonou, Benin I notice that most of the people here practice the religion of Voodoo. It was a new challenge that the Lord has given to us to work in a place were most of the people are into Voodoo.

Regardless of the challenges, the Lord really worked. On the night that I presented the topic of Baptism 22 people filled out a form to prepare for baptism. Praise the Lord.

Once, an elder from another denomination approached me asking me to go to His church to preach the same message, but my schedule was very tight, I have no time to go preach at another church. The only solution I gave him was to bring the church over to my sight so that they could take advantage of the last five presentations left. He told me that his church is too big they won’t be able to fit at my sight. The only solution we were able to give him was for him and others elders to come to the meeting. He is been coming to the meetings every night to learn of God’s end time message so that he can share with his church.

As I was preaching my sermon title “Who Framed God?” (Hell). There was a demon possesses man who was making a lot of noise at the entrance to my sight. Many of the people who the night before made their decision for baptism were now been distracted by this possession. Others who were listening to the sermon went outside so I had to stop preaching to inquire from my translator what was happening. The only thing my translator told me was to keep on preaching. But then all of the sudden I saw this man forcing his way towards me.

I did not have any fear for I knew the Lord was on my side. All of the sudden he turned back and returned to the outside area of the wall surrounding my tent. As I kept on preaching a big rock about one foot in diameter fell a few feet from where I and my translator were standing. My translator was a little nervous but this incident did not keep us from preaching this important message.

I was a little discouraged on that Wednesday night because many people that were supposed to be listening were probably afraid to come in because of what was happening outside. Others were so distracted that they left the tent to go outside to see what was transpiring. I told them not to let the devil distract them from the word of God. I praise the Lord that at the end of the sermon, at the final call many more came gave their heart to the Lord. We got a total of thirty four people all together who gave their heart to the Lord and wanted to be baptized.
