"I take pleasure in my infirmities....for Christ sake, for when I am weak then am I strong". 2 Cor. 12:10

Nils Davis, from Lancaster, California knows what this text means because at 75 years old and crippled with arthritis he has been able to preach nightly the in Ipala Guatemala. Halfway through the campaign the church has baptized 20 people already as the result of his preaching and the church preparation. Twenty eight ShareHim campaigns are being conducted here in Guatemala at the present time, many of these campaigns are being conducted by first time preachers.

The Ipala church members actively participate in at least 5 evangelism campaigns per year and this was just one more that they support. The church is the center of the member’s life and they all are showing wonderful support for the ShareHim evangelism program. The pastor said they never get tired of having evangelism meetings because they love the new ones joining their church family.

Again God has demonstrated how he loves to do miracles in our lives if we just say yes to his calling. Nils Davis is a witness to this.

Nils Davis, crippled with arthritis beams with joy as he preaches the Gospel message. Nightly people walked for miles to the mountain top church to hear him preach. The church fills nightly but people still come in looking for a place to sit.

Sabbath 9:30 pm in the evening after the evening meeting a second baptism was held outside in the rain making the total of 20 baptisms for the Nils Davis campaign.

The pastor told Nils Davis that they expected to
have a total of at least 40 to 50 baptisms as a result of these meetings.

Mrs. Clarine Davis supported her husband nightly. Sabbath she brought with her the hotel desk manager to witness his first Sabbath and baptism. Clarine is standing in the center of the photo.
