God's Blessings in Fort Portal, Uganda
August 20 2006 / ShareHim in Uganda, Jul. 14 - Jul. 29 '06 #56by Malcolm Dill
Personal Testimony of Malcolm Dill.
Greetings in the name of our most Precious Lord and Savior, Yesu Christo (Jesus Christ),
God's Spirit worked in a mighty way in Fort Portal, Uganda.
My wife, Georgina and I saw many miracles there, one of the first being on a Sabbath. Our projector was damaged because of too much power voltage from the generator that we were using for power. We prayed that God would intervene. He did, as always, and the projector was able to be taken to a local technician and was fixed in a few hours. Praise God! We were able to use it for the rest of the campaign.
My wife volunteered to do the health talks, which the people truly enjoyed, and also had the children assist her in sign language singing for special music one evening.
The elders and members are wonderful people who were dedicated and committed to the meetings and their success.
God blessed us with funds to be able to supply Bibles in the native Rotooro language, to some of those who attended the meetings, as well as to the new believers who were baptized at the end of the meetings. We had an awesome time in the Lord there. Thirty-six precious souls were added to the kingdom of God on the last Sabbath through baptism and several others were baptized soon after. Praise God. We thank God for this opportunity and privilege to travel thousands of miles to share the Gospel in Africa. We also thank God for Dr. Folkenberg and his committed team for this awesome ministry God has risen up through them. We would like to work with ShareHim as evangelists on an annual basis.
God Bless you abundantly, Malcolm and Georgina Dill.
