SHAREHIM IN MEXICO

On this special month-long ShareHim trip, you’ll spend the first two-and-a-half weeks preaching a ShareHim evangelistic campaign with a local church in southern Mexico. As you preach and teach, you’ll deepen your understanding of the Adventist message. What’s more, you’ll find your passion and confidence for sharing Jesus—even back home—will grow.

If you’ve never preached before, don’t worry. Most ShareHim speakers are first-timers. All that’s required is a willing attitude and a desire to share Jesus. We provide easy-to-preach sermons and an interpreter; you provide the voice and enthusiasm.

Each day we’ll take time to prepare, and with your interpreter at your side, you’ll have time to think as you preach. While in Mexico, we’ll also take some time to visit a few local sites and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

GENERAL CONFERENCE SESSION

After the close of your campaign, we will travel to San Antonio, Texas, for the final six days of the 60th General Conference Session. You will have the chance to attend the business meetings and other events as well as visit the many exhibits and mingle with over 70,000 Seventh-day Adventists from around the world.

DETAILS

This once-in-a-lifetime trip is open to all young adults ages 18-35. Departure will be on Tuesday, 16 June with return on Monday, 13 July. Again, absolutely no prior preaching experience is necessary. ShareHim staff will be on hand to help and encourage you from beginning to end.

Flights from Keflavík, ground transportation, lodging, meals (breakfast while in the USA), and insurance will all be arranged and are included in the price of the trip. The total cost for the four-week trip is approximately 380.000 kr., however ShareHim will apply subsidies for each speaker from Iceland to lower your final cost to only 300.000 kr.

The first payment of 120.000 kr. is due with your application. Additional payments of 90.000 kr. are due by 1 April and 1 May.
