Then complete the following steps and click below to sign up your group.

1. Confirm with your conference or mission that you and your team can go. Note that some situations also require approval from one of your conference officers.

Note: If you bring someone age 16-17 who isn’t a child of yours or of a young adult in your group, you’ll also need a Parental Consent Form (request from ShareHim).

2. Obtain your church board’s support and complete the Pastor and Church Commitment form.

3. Recruit your young adults, and from each one collect Can$699 and a signed Young Adult Application and Commitment form.

4. Get an image of each person’s passport photo page, making sure the ENTIRE page, including ALL the text at the bottom of the page, is CLEAR AND VISIBLE, or if they don’t yet have a passport, their government photo ID or birth certificate.

If you’re bringing someone age 16-17 who isn’t a child of yours or of a young adult in your group, you’ll also need a signed and notarized Parental Consent Form (request from ShareHim) and an image of their birth certificate.

5. Have the credit card you’ll pay with ready, since you’ll need to pay when you sign up.

NOTE: You cannot hold space, so sign up quickly!
