Join ShareHim as we partner in evangelism with fellow Adventist brothers and sisters in the beautiful Visayas region of the Philippines. There, YOU will have the privilege of being the guest speaker for a nine-day evangelistic campaign held by a local church.

Never preached before? No problem.

Many ShareHim speakers are first-timers. We’ll give you ready-to-preach sermons, and one of our experienced trip managers will be there to help from beginning to end. All that’s required is the power of the Holy Spirit and your willingness to share the good news.

SCHEDULE

Tue May 2 — Departure for participants from the Americas. Participants from outside of the Americas may be able to depart on Wednesday.

Wed May 3 — Travel day

Thu May 4 — Orientation in Bacolod

Fri May 5 — Start of evangelistic meetings

May 6-12 — Evangelistic meetings continue each day; Midweek local excursion

Sab May 13 — Close of evangelistic meetings & goodbyes

Sun May 14 — Local sightseeing trip; evening dedication

Mon May 15 — Return home

 

LOCATION

On this trip we will be preaching campaigns held by churches in Bacolod, Philippines, in the Negros Occidental Conference.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Round-trip airfare to Bacolod, Philippines

ShareHim will book your travel from an airport near you to Bacolod–Silay International Airport. You may also depart from home earlier or return later if you wish.

Hotel & meals

You’ll be staying in midscale lodging in the Philippines. Rooming will be double occupancy, or you can request a single room for $220. You’ll receive more detailed information after your application is approved.

Each day, we’ll provide vegetarian breakfasts, lunches, and drinking water. Suppers are not included, but you’ll be able to buy food locally and can bring snacks from home, such as dried fruit or trail mix.

Ground transport & excursions

From the time you land until you fly home, we will make all the arrangements for your ground transportation.

Midway through the week, you’ll enjoy a fun half-day excursion. On the final Sunday, we’ll visit some of the local sights and in the evening take part in a special dedication service before we part to return to our individual mission fields back home.

Travel insurance

You’ll be covered for the duration of the trip by travel insurance purchased from Adventist Risk Management. For more info, please see the class 1A policy summary from ACE Limited, the insurance provider.

Top-notch trip management & materials

You’ll be in good hands with one of our veteran ShareHim trip managers, who will be there to help you from start to finish. Together, they’ve led hundreds of successful ShareHim trips.

We’ll also provide you with the latest ShareHim presentation software and customizable sermons in the appropriate language.

 

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

To present the ShareHim sermons, you’ll need to bring a laptop computer or iPad and a video projector. You can borrow a video projector from ShareHim for $150 if you wish.

PARTICIPATION AMOUNT

This is an all-inclusive trip. Your participation amount will cover your trip expenses, including your airline tickets.

Your exact participation amount will depend on airline ticket prices from your departure city and how early you apply. Flying from a larger city and applying earlier generally results in the lowest amount.

To apply, please submit your trip application and $100. After your application has been approved, we will contact you to confirm your exact participation amount and receive your next $900.

Current minimum all-inclusive amount from North America: $2150

Current maximum all-inclusive amount from North America: $2750

For participants from outside of North America, the participation amount may by higher or lower depending on airline ticket prices.

For children up to age 13, about special reduced amounts.

Upon approval (normally a few days after you apply): $900

March 12 (or upon approval if applying after Mar. 12): $700

April 9: Remaining amount
